This plant brought me back to life!! As soon as I drank this infusion, the next day I jumped out of bed!! See what it’s all about!!

For anyone who has damaged blood vessels in the lower limbs, reduced sensitivity, chronic swelling, burning sensations, heaviness, or persistent pain, I offer the best recipe I have ever tried to avoid serious complications, including the risk of amputation. I tested this remedy on myself when my upper and lower limbs were in such a terrible state that I couldn’t even get out of bed. The pain was so intense that walking became nearly impossible. I had tried many medications, ointments, and treatments, but the effect was always temporary. Finally, I decided to try a traditional herbal recipe I had heard a lot about. This infusion restored my strength and changed my condition almost immediately.

Recipe and Preparation:
Take two handfuls of rose hips. It is important that the berries are well dried. Crush them using a garlic press so each berry cracks open and the seeds become visible—this helps release all the beneficial substances from within.
Mix in 2 tablespoons of self-heal herb (be careful not to confuse it with blackwort—they are very different plants).
Place the mixture into a two-liter enamel pot and fill it with bubbling hot boiling water.
Boil for 15–20 minutes over medium heat.
After boiling, refill any evaporated liquid with more boiling water, turn off the heat, and cover the pot until it cools completely.
Drink three or four cups a day, half an hour before meals.
The first dose is best taken on an empty stomach in the morning. You may squeeze a slice of lemon into the cup to increase the vitamin C content and add extra antioxidant power.
After two weeks you will begin to notice significant relief—swelling decreases, heaviness subsides, circulation improves, and pain in the limbs gradually diminishes. You may take it long-term, in courses, or periodically. I wish you full recovery.

Doctor’s Commentary and Expanded Information About Self-Heal Herb:
Self-heal (Prunella vulgaris) is a perennial plant growing 10–40 cm tall, with square stems, egg-shaped leaves, and beautiful purple, two-lipped flowers. It blooms from June to September. The entire above-ground part of the plant is harvested for medicinal use—stems, leaves, and flowers—preferably during its blooming season when it is richest in active compounds.
The chemical composition of this plant is remarkable. It contains coumarins, triterpenoids, flavonoids, phenolic acids, essential oils, organic acids, and trace elements such as boron, copper, manganese, zinc, silver, carotene, and vitamin K. These compounds give the plant anti-inflammatory, fever-reducing, hemostatic, diuretic, hypotensive, antimicrobial, anti-sweating, antispasmodic, pain-relieving, and toning effects.

Self-heal infusion has been widely used in Chinese and Indian medicine for decades. Many countries use it in folk medicine because it effectively alleviates symptoms of common colds, reduces fever, soothes throat inflammation, and helps relieve symptoms of angina and diphtheria.
It is also helpful for hyperthyroidism, diarrhea, gastroenteritis, dysentery, intestinal infections, bleeding, swelling, gynecological problems, and some heart conditions.
In homeopathy, self-heal is considered beneficial for the nervous system and may have mild anticonvulsant effects, which is why it is sometimes used for certain forms of epilepsy.
For dermatological issues, the herb is valued for its antifungal activity and is used for various skin conditions and dandruff treatment.

The plant has several contraindications—especially thrombophlebitis and pregnancy. People with blood-clotting issues or chronic cardiac rhythm disturbances should also use it with caution.

Expanded Information About Rose Hips:
Rose hips are exceptionally rich in natural vitamins, including vitamin C, B-group vitamins, vitamins A, E, and K. The fruit contains flavonoids, organic acids, pectins, and minerals.
Rose hip infusion is used for vitamin deficiencies, anemia, vascular diseases, atherosclerosis, hypertension, bleeding disorders, liver and gallbladder problems, and cardiovascular conditions.
It strengthens the blood vessels, enhances immunity, improves circulation, supports liver function, and reduces inflammatory processes. In folk medicine, rose hips are often combined with self-heal, because this combination reduces swelling, alleviates pain, and accelerates tissue regeneration.

This infusion is especially beneficial for people with circulatory disorders in the limbs, because it improves blood flow, reduces inflammation, strengthens the walls of veins and arteries, and supports the overall health of the circulatory system.
