I want to share my personal experience of how I treated uterine fibroids at home. The doctors advised me to undergo surgery, but I refused. Instead, I chose to follow a natural, herbal-based approach—and, remarkably, I healed. I hope that by sharing my story, I can provide guidance and encouragement to others facing similar health challenges.

Here is exactly what I did. First, I completely eliminated meat and animal products from my diet. I ate only vegetables, whole grains, and fruits, focusing on foods that would nourish my body and support its natural healing processes. Alongside this dietary change, I invested in numerous books about medicinal plants and herbal remedies. Through these resources, I discovered several effective treatments specifically for fibroids.
My first remedy was a tincture prepared from walnuts and forest herbs. I took one cup of crushed walnuts and poured half a liter of cognac over them. To this mixture, I added 50 grams of forest juniper (mountain juniper, or Juniperus communis). I left the mixture in a dark place for 10 days to infuse. After this period, I began taking the tincture—one tablespoon three times a day. This initial remedy helped strengthen my immune system and supported the reduction of fibroid growth.
In addition to this, I found another powerful herbal remedy widely used for women’s health conditions, including gynecological diseases, oncological conditions, polyarthritis, and age-related disorders. For this preparation, I combined 1 kilogram of crushed walnuts, half a liter of honey, and one bottle of strong alcohol (vodka). I mixed the ingredients thoroughly and left them in a dark place for 21 days, shaking the container every few days. After this infusion was ready, I strained it and took one teaspoon three times a day, one hour before meals. This mixture helped my body balance hormonal and immune functions, supporting tissue regeneration and overall uterine health.
Alongside these tinctures, I also took pine branch baths and drank pine needle tea, which, according to traditional herbal medicine, helps strengthen the immune system. To prepare the tea, I combined three tablespoons of finely chopped pine needles, a handful of onion leaves, and two to three handfuls of rose hips. I poured one liter of boiling water over the mixture and let it steep in a thermos overnight. The next morning, I strained the tea and drank it throughout the day. This tea not only supported my uterine health but also helped improve my overall immunity and energy levels.
I also prepared a delicious syrup from pine buds. In April and May, when the buds are large but not yet hardened, I picked them, washed them with cold water, dried them, and ran them through a meat grinder. Then, using a sterilized three-liter jar, I filled one-third of the jar with the pine buds and poured over them a hot sugar syrup made with a 1:2 ratio of water to sugar. My mother-in-law drank half a cup of this syrup half an hour before meals, and other family members took one teaspoon twice a day, morning and evening. This syrup is excellent for preventing vitamin deficiencies and strengthening immunity, especially during cold and flu season.
I followed this regimen consistently for three months. After this period, I returned to the doctor for a follow-up. To her amazement, the fibroid had significantly shrunk in size. My physician was surprised at the progress, and she continues to monitor my condition. Even today, I continue to use these natural remedies as part of my maintenance routine, and I feel healthier, more energetic, and stronger than ever.
In addition to the specific herbal treatments, I also maintained a careful and healthy lifestyle. I prioritized fresh fruits and vegetables, avoided processed foods, and incorporated daily physical activity, which helped improve my circulation and hormone balance. I made sure to stay hydrated, drinking plenty of water, herbal teas, and infusions to flush toxins from my body. Stress management was another important factor—I practiced relaxation techniques such as deep breathing and meditation, which supported my overall wellbeing and helped maintain hormonal balance.
It is important to note that patience, consistency, and discipline are essential when using natural remedies. Unlike surgery, herbal treatments work gradually, supporting the body’s natural processes to restore balance and reduce fibroid size over time. Combining diet, herbs, and lifestyle changes was the key to my success.
For anyone struggling with uterine fibroids, I strongly recommend considering a natural approach alongside medical guidance. Herbal treatments, when used correctly, can be powerful and effective. Of course, it is always important to consult with a healthcare professional, especially if symptoms worsen or if there are additional health concerns. However, my experience proves that, with dedication and careful use of herbs and natural remedies, it is possible to heal without invasive surgery.
I hope my story inspires others to explore natural methods and take control of their health. By focusing on nutrition, herbal remedies, and overall wellness, you can strengthen your body, support hormonal balance, and potentially reduce or eliminate fibroids safely and effectively. I can confidently say that this journey not only healed my fibroid but also improved my overall vitality and quality of life.
Remember, natural healing takes time, but the results are lasting. With patience, dedication, and the right knowledge, anyone can use herbal remedies to support uterine health, improve immunity, and restore balance to the body. I am living proof that it works, and I encourage others to explore these methods—they truly can be life-changing.
